Are For Sale signs permitted?
Signs are not permitted on the common elements. A small sign is permitted in the window of the unit.
Are realtor lock boxes permitted?
No, all lock boxes will be removed without notification.
Are there any pet restrictions?
Residents are permitted to keep a maximum of 4 pets to a unit (2 dogs and/or 2 cats). Prohibited breeds include: Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, and Akitas.
No reptiles, snakes, or lizards, etc. are permitted.
Are there any occupancy restrictions?

What are the parking rules for residents?
Residential parking permits are required, at the risk of being ticketed / towed. Each unit has its own numbered and designated residential parking space. There are no spaces available for rent or sale.

What are the parking rules for visitors?
Visitor parking lasts for 48 consecutive hours. Permits are required to park in Visitor’s. Residents who use Visitor Parking spaces will be ticketed and/or towed.
Are there restrictions regarding changes to the common elements?
All changed in a unit (with the exception of painting) must first be approved by the Board of Directors.
Is there sub-metering of utilities?
Sub-metering is provided by Wyse Meter Solutions. Responsibility for this falls to the unit owner.

Smoke detectors and in-unit mechanical appliances are the responsibility of the unit owner.

Residents are to dispose of their trash in the garbage room. Sorting descriptions are posted there.
